Important Dates / Deadlines

  • Wednesday, February 20 – Registration open
  • Monday, April 3 – 100 word company description due
  • Monday, April 1 – Booth full payment due
  • Wednesday, May 17 – Exhibitor registration deadline
  • Tuesday, May 30 (or until sold out) – Hotel reservation deadline

Registration (Booth Personnel)

You receive two (2) complimentary registrations. Additional personnel = $300 / each. Exhibitor registrations must be completed by Wednesday, May 17 to avoid a $75 late fee. Your exhibitor space includes:

  • One (1) 6′ skirted table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • General overall illumination

WiFi is provided by the facility. Power and A/V rental is not provided, if needed, arrange with the hotel via form below.

Wednesday, June 21

10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  |  Exhibitor move in
1:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.  |  Exhibit hall open
5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.  |  Cocktail reception (exhibit hall)

Thursday, June 22

7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.  |  Exhibit hall open
5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.  |  Cocktail reception (exhibit hall)

Friday, June 23

7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  |  Exhibit hall open
12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.  |  Exhibitor move out, fully dismantled by 2:00 p.m.

Dates/times are subject to change. All exhibits will be on display during the conference. Breaks and receptions will be held in the exhibit hall area.

Shipping Instructions

All exhibitors and sponsors will be responsible for shipping materials back to their office.

You should make arrangements for shipping/handling your materials to the hotel. Packages should arrive on / after Monday, June 19th. If packages are received before this date they may not be accepted by the hotel or will be subject to storage fees.
